Responsibilities of the
Customer:
We will need access to a 110-volt within 100' of the building.
If there is no accessibility to power please let us know so
that we can bring a generator.
A minimum of 2 ft. clearance around the building is required
to have ample work space.
Building permit, zoning & covenant searches along with any
cost involved in obtaining the necessary permits are the
responsibility of the purchaser. Engineered plans are
available for an additional charge. If changes are required in
the construction of the building, the cost of the building may
increase. This cost will be passed on to the purchaser. L'il
Barn Builder will provide as much assistance to the purchaser
as we can to help make the building permit process go quickly
& smoothly. |
